Ducati Desmosedici GP12 Spec and Review. Ducati motorcycles are assembled at the factory DesmosediciGP12 Borgo Panigale, Bologna. Ducati ready for this season which looked at all the motorcycles in premium MotoGo use 1.000cc engine with 250 horsepower power. The name comes from the Desmosedici engine valve system atypical, called Desmodromic (the valve is opened and closed by the camshaft). Sedici in Italian is the amount of sixteen valves in the engine.
